Contest Details:
Contest begins on Wednesday, August 17, 2011, and runs through Saturday, September 7, 2011. Each week, we will randomly select a winner based on all entries received during the contest period.  We will contact the winners via Twitter message or email to confirm your mailing address and send you your gift card.

Capitol Lighting Twitter Contest Rules
1. No purchase necessary to enter the Capitol Lighting Twitter Contest.
2. We reserve the right to reject any entries which we, in our sole and absolute discretion, deem offensive, violate any laws or unsuitable in any other manner. Capitol Lighting is not required to provide any explanation for the rejection.
3. One person selected as a Contest Winner per week during the Contest Period.  The winners will be notified via Twitter message. Comments made by the entrant only count once.  All decisions of the contest will be final and binding.
4. The Capitol Lighting Twitter Contest begins on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 and ends at 11:59 pm on Saturday, September 17, 2011. Entries must be submitted before end of day on Saturday, September 17, 2011.
5. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to enter the Contest. Entrants must also be legal residents of the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico or the U.S. territories and possessions. Employees of Capitol Lighting and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.
6. In entering the contest you subject yourself to both the Contest Rules and Legal Terms and Conditions. By entering this contest, you agree to receive communications and updates from Capitol Lighting.
 
Legal Terms and Conditions
General: Your entry into the Capitol Lighting Twitter Contest (the “Contest”) is subject to the Contest Rules, the following Legal Terms and Conditions, and all other guidelines, terms and conditions stated elsewhere on this site and all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations, including but not limited to all laws respecting intellectual property, trademarks, copyrights, rights of privacy, pornography and defamation. By entering the Contest, you accept and agree to be bound by the Contest Rules and these Legal Terms and Conditions. Capitol Lighting shall be the administrator of the Contest and shall sometimes be referred to as the “Administrator”. By entering this contest, you agree to receive communications and updates from Capitol Lighting.
Contest Period: The Capitol Lighting Twitter Contest begins at 12:00:00 a.m. (EST) on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (EST) on Saturday, September 17, 2011. Entries submitted before or after the contest period will not be eligible for consideration
Prizes: Four (4) Winners will each receive (1) $100 Gift Card to Capitol Lighting.
One individual will be selected as Winner during the contest period. Comments made by the entrant only count once. All decisions of the contest will be final and binding. Capitol Lighting is responsible only for prize delivery it is not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of winners. Winners shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Capitol Lighting, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, directors, offices, and employees from and against any liabilities arising from or regarding taxes owed on prizes.
Verification of Winners and Delivery of Prizes: The Capitol Lighting prizes will only be awarded to participants who respond to the message requesting their mailing address and email address. Capitol Lighting is not responsible if prize is returned as undeliverable or if entrant does not respond to prize notification message within 7 days after the date sent. Winners agree to the use by Capitol Lighting of their name, likeness, images submitted and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.
Eligibility: In order to participate in the Contest, you must be a legal resident of the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico or the U.S. territories and possessions. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Must be 18 years of age or older as of August 17, 2011 to enter. Employees, officers and directors of Capitol Lighting and its affiliates and their immediate families and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Capitol Lighting reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners.
Copyright Notice: Capitol Lighting respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also in our sole discretion limit access to the site and/or terminate the memberships of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement. Limitation of Liability: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CAPITOL LIGHTING OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PERSON FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, RELIANCE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, COST OF COVER, OR LOST DATA THAT ARISE IN WHOLE OR IN PART FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR THE SERVICES OR FUNCTIONS OF THE SITE OR ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS, THE SITE OR YOUR RELIANCE UPON, THE SITE OR THE SERVICES, CONTENT OR MATERIALS IN, OR FUNCTIONS OF, THE SITE, PROVISION OF, OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR INFORMATION, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE). IN ADDITION, WE HAVE NO DUTY TO UPDATE THE SITE OR THE CONTENTS THEREOF. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00). APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SITE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SITE AND TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS HEREOF.
General Restrictions: This Contest is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Contest will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Florida. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Contest must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States. Administrator is not responsible for: (a) late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage due or misdirected entries, e-mails or other communications; errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, (b) defects or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices or transmission lines; data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials; loss or otherwise; or (c) electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in entrant’s e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. The use of automated software or computer programs to register or to enter this Contest is prohibited and any individual who uses or attempts to use such methods to register or to enter will be disqualified. Administrator disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Contest and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest if any virus, bug, technical failure, unauthorized human intervention or other cause outside of Administrator’s control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted and a random drawing will be held from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such time. Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and all of her/his Contest entries) from this Contest or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Administrator or any of its affiliates if she/he tampers with the entry process or if her/his fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of this Contest. Administrator reserves the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. By participating in this Contest, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in the Contest Rules and these Legal Terms and Conditions, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that she/he is eligible to participate in this Contest.
