Not All LEDs Are Created Equal

LEDs are a fascinating technology.  Light Emitting Diodes are used in many day-to-day applications  From giving you a visual indication of power or notifications on devices, such as cell phones or various chargers.  Those tiny lights, we all take for granted that are commonly red, amber, green, and more recently blue, are not created equally.

One of the fascinating things is they do not have a filament that can not burn out and their life is based on the transistor life instead.

Brian Creely, National Sales Manager of Bulbrite Industries, demonstrates LEDs in the following video.
